When I compare the calling rates of Axvoice with other companies, there isn’t much different in terms of the phone calls made nationwide. However, for international phone calls, Axvoice offers quite a competitive phone service. International calling rates offered by Axvoice are highly competitive, and this is one of the reasons I bought it because I have to make a lot of international phone calls.

Call quality

Calls often are jeopardized because of the different problems that phone users usually face. There can be many issues that are responsible for bad call quality like; latency, noise, and all sorts of distortions. I had a little problem using Axvoice as the calls were dropping frequently. When I consulted the VoIP provider about this issue, they checked my internet connection. The problem was solved by getting a better internet connection. There are some minor glitches but overall, it has been smooth sailing.

Service reliability

I know what it means when your phone service is dead in the middle of night for no good reason. I am fed up of these problems and don’t want to end up using such a service. Configuration issues have been a buzzer for people even expert at using internet phone. I myself consider apt at installing any internet phone but still there are times when I have to figure out what the VoIP provider meant in the manual of setting up the phone service. Fortunately, this did not happen in case of Axvoice as I could conveniently set it up like any other normal VoIP phone service.

Technical support

Technical support helps out a phone user in case he or she is unable to decipher a technical issue at hand. Most of the times when you seek technical support, you are amazed to find that the technical staff has either little or no knowledge of getting you out of a particular situation. However, Axvoice staff was informative and helped me out whenever I was in need.

My overall experience with Axvoice is good. There are some small issues but then again I am still to find a completely internet phone service that would have no issues at all and is affordable as well.
